How this site works

Placeholder post. Each post is a Markdown file with front matter in a private blob container. Publishing is one command:

deploy/rugel-no/publish-post.sh <storage-account> how-this-site-works.md

The site reads the container with Workload Identity and refreshes its list about once a minute. No rebuild and no kubectl needed.
